Zurburt through the veil

Abby is kissing our glass door. This kindof reminded me of when I was pregnant with her. I could kind of see her personality and who she would be, but it was hazy. And I used to see her hands push on my tummy from the inside out. I'm a little sentimental because today is her birthday. Happy Birthday Abbs.

Hi, Holzers! Lizzy showed me your blog this morning, and I just spent some fun time reading it. You have certainly made the most of your time in Germany. Martin and I were there last summer and went to the temple, Heidelberg Castle and other places you also visited. It was cool to think we were there at kind of the same time. Now, we have a nephew serving a mission in Berlin, but he also has gone to places all over. We still miss you here and hope that all is well. I was so sorry to read that Elli has some health problems. I hope she is doing well. Sounds like Sally has to be a super-Mom to keep the diet regime going correctly. Good luck with all of that. We've had changes in our family: Peder is a senior! Lizzy is in 6th grade and will be one of the stars of her school play. Jonner and Angie just had a little boy, Jackson Carl aka Jack-Jack or Jack Attack. Matt and Courtney just moved to Micronesia for 1 year for Mattie to work in the Supreme Court there. It's very 3rd world, so they are having interesting experiences. My mom fell and broke her R shoulder, and L hip and elbow. She is truly laid up, but moving along better than expected and has started walking a bit. She fell the day before Labor Day. Rehab will take quite awhile. Martin and I continue on as usual. It's stake conference this weekend, so Martin's been involved with that. We send our love and greetings. Suzi
