Sally and the girls made a cardboard grocery store and Post office in our basement. Really quite lavishly stocked up with our food storage. We more recently have acquired a few more things for our FS.
We made some tunnels with our moving boxes. This is the only time I plan on getting inside, I'm not as squirrelly as I used to be. The girls have a good time, we've added on.
This is the park down the street from our house. Abby's lips are a ting blue here. She just loves to ride this German cow on a spring.
Elli loves her new shovel and bucket she got for her Bday. Good times.

Burg Hohen Neuffen
We visited this Castle last weekend, about 45 minutes away. It is the largest fortress/castle left in southern Germany. This was really used in a number of battles. Starting in the 13th century. Used as a prison in the late 1800's and then a Nazi outpost more recently. Pretty cool.
Walls are at least 6 feet thick from what we saw. Some of it has been restored. It's about a 20 minute walk in from the parking lot.
3 of 4 sides of the castle looks down onto the farms surrounding. Great views. Elli and Abby were troopers. IT was a nice clear day but still a bit cold. There is a restaurant in part of the castle and they luckily for Sally had a public restroom.
